Help for Today... Hope for Eternity
Rock House Kids is a 501(C)3 outreach organization that seeks to feed at-risk children physically, spiritually and emotionally. Since 1999, we have cared for Rockford’s inner city children, ages 6-18, by providing a safe, warm and nurturing environment.
During our evening programs (Monday and Wednesday nights for first- through sixth- grade students and Tuesday and Thursday nights for seventh- through twelfth-grade students), we serve hot meals, and enjoy music and instructional time.

Kid-Friendly Food Bags
Every child who attends an evening program is sent home with a bag of kid-friendly food to help sustain him/her when they are away from our facility. We give out around 250 bags each week, so are always in need of more items to put in the bags. Click for a list of what foods work best.
