Looking Back: After-School

Rock House Kids is celebrating 25 years of ministry to Rockford’s inner-city kids in 2024!

The RHK kids’ program has seen many changes over the years. At one point, from approximately 2014 to 2016, we even had an after-school program.

Our after-school program ran from 3-5 PM every Thursday to help kids with their school work. The kids always received a hot healthy meal and plenty of fun activities, but our volunteers faithfully came alongside to tutor them and help them succeed in their assignments.
